Central Location with Great Service

The staff were helpful. I found the breakfast quite adequate with hot egg dishes served daily. I also appreciated the proximity to a metro station. I was able to easily get around the city from this location.

The hotel is super central. It is within walking distance of many attractions. Numerous restaurants and cafes are nearby. The area feels lively. The opera house is a short walk. I was able to explore easily.

convenient location, friendly staff

excellent location helpful staff comfortable bed
The location was excellent. It was close to many attractions. the staff spoke well and were happy to help. the bed was comfortable! i found it nice and quiet for a city center. they also held our luggage all day, really helpful.
the pillows were a little flat though i was still comfortable and slept well.

the superior queen room was clean and tidy. it looked more spacious and nicer than in the photos. the bathroom size was also very satisfying.

the hotel is near countless restaurants, cafes, and shops. it's only a short walk from two different metro stops, providing convenient access to transportation. the front desk was always staffed, providing an added level of safety.

outdated decor paper-thin door
The location proved adequate for my needs and it was close to many attractions.
My room was quite small. The outdated decor made it appear even dirtier than it was. The paper-thin door meant every noise in the hallway woke me up (a real treat!).

The room was small! and the setup felt awkward for luggage. there was also just one working plug in the whole room. i definitely could have used more pillows. They were quite flat. the step up into the shower was also a bit inconvenient
